Anyone use these? If so, what do you think? They kind of caught my attention. Do they even compare to Saddleright Pads?

Hm ... I don't know - I hadn't heard of them till now. Here's what I use, on recommendation from a friend who has tried many different pads:

I'll ask her if she's used CSI or Saddleright pads ... the underpad is the one that looks most interesting to me, although 3/4" is a bit too thick for under a blanket with my saddle - 1/2" would be better. I had to quit putting a blanket over my Pro Orthopedic pad.

I am a big fan of 5star Equine Pads. I got that pad and didn't want to take it to the barn because it felt like cashmere! It's fabulous. I want to order another one.
I would like to get on of Reata's pads too. ::hint::hint:::

LOL My saddle pads are not fancy.. They are just pure wool blanket outside and a nice thick but soft wool felt inside.. they are not shaped.. they shape by themselves with use.. But they do have leather wear patches.. I have been making them for about 6 years and I have sold lots of them ..

Exactly! Lol. I like pure wool. I don't like any of the new gels and crap they put in pads. They break down real quick and I don't believe that they allow the horse to breathe. I used to have (and still own) an impact gel and a prof choice, but I never use them. I use my 5-star which is JUST wool. I love it. But I still want a Ratsee one. =) Do I get to chose the color? =P

Reata: If you can do teal or turquoise that would be fantastic! But from what I understands it's real hard to dye. If not, I would like mine REDDD! The redest red that there is. I wan to get he turquoise SMB Elite boots: http://www.profchoice.com/htmldocs/prd/protgear/prd/smbe4.html
