Just joined the forum and looking forward to being a part of it!

I live in southern Alberta, and ride my own boy, George, a driftwood bred qh 4 year old gelding, and also ride outside horses. I'm trying to be "a student of the horse" and have been following Buck and Ricky Quinn these past few years and have really enjoyed and gained so much from it all!

I host clinics for Ricky up here in the summer and I LOVE doing it! Excited to be able to talk to you all about the things I love!

Welcome! Jump in on any discussion or start a new one! :) The days are getting shorter again so perhaps people will start poking their noses in more often.

Not sure I even selected the right chat to join or group to post to but here is what I am looking for so any guidance anyone can offer would be appreciated. We just moved from Woodacre CA to Beavercreek Or, Beavercreek is 30 mins or so south of Portland. It is my husband, our dogs and two horses. Cool thing is this is the first time have had them living at home..lots to talk about there. What I am after is building our new network of resourceds and am looking to find a trainer who is like minded to us and in the area. We have attended clinics with Bryan Neubert, Joe Wolter, Buck and The Weavers - so that gives you all an idea of what we are looking for. Thank you for reading and look forward to hearing back. Best Mary

Hi, Mary, and welcome! I'm afraid I can't help you with your question because I'm in California, but I hope someone geographically closer to you will reply with some ideas.
